Evelyn Nevers is a freshman in general engineering, but intends to declare a major in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Biomedical Engineering by the end of the year. She will focus on bone biomechanics and mechanical testing as well as medical image processing and 3D model development to support biomechanical analysis of hard tissues. She is also a part of the Engineering Without Boarders Kenya Water Project, and she works on the planning committee for The Big Event at Virginia Tech. She loves running and painting.
